Terms & Conditions - bloom theory
Bookings:
All quotes produced by Bloom Theory are valid for thirty (30) days. All weddings booked will require a non-refundable $500.00 deposit to secure their booking. Full payment will be due eight (8) weeks prior to your wedding date.

Once the booking is secured (via direct deposit- bank details can be found on the left-hand side of the quote) you are welcome to have ongoing email contact with Bloom Theory and face to face consultations + site visits prior to your wedding date.

*Please note that Bloom Theory has a minimum spend amount ($5,000) for all weddings booked.
*Please note, no changes are to be made to the wedding flowers proposal eight (8) weeks prior to the wedding as wholesale orders would have been placed.
Flower Selection:
Bloom Theory provides a detailed estimate that outlines the type of flowers that will be used in your wedding flowers. We understand that in most cases you will see flower names you’re not familiar with. We Highly recommend that you make yourself familiar with the flowers outlined in your wedding estimate. You can do this via google or by contacting us to provide further images of the flowers listed. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they are aware and happy with the flower breakdown before accepting the quote.

We do not replicate other florists work exactly and as we are working with mother nature, we are not in control of seasonal changes or availability however we will endeavour to do our best when sourcing the flowers you love, style or shape you are after.
Cancellation/Postponement:
Should you need to cancel your booking, you will need to notify us in writing as soon as possible. We are more than happy to offer to transfer your booking to another date (subject to availability). Should the ‘new’ date be available, we will confirm with you in writing. Should the date not be available, you will forfeit your deposit. If your wedding is cancelled all together, your deposit will be forfeited.
Covid Cancellations:
Should you need to cancel your wedding due to Covid restrictions less than 4 weeks out from your wedding, wholesale charge of the flowers will still be charged, less 30% of total cost. Due to order already being placed and paid for.

Conditions:
All hired items (vases/ vessels etc) will need to be returned after the wedding within seven (7) days. If the hire items are not returned or damaged an additional charge will be incurred.

Bloom Theory reserves the right to photograph all arrangements and bouquets upon delivery/ installation for promotional material use.
​
Bloom Theory shall be the exclusive florist retained by the couple for the purpose of providing floral design and flowers for their event.
